The daily price of the accommodation does not include the tourist tax payable to the local government, which is HUF 420/person/day for persons over 18 years of age.

The price does not include parking fees. The fee in the city center is currently HUF 600/hour, payable on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Parking in the city is free on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as on public holidays.

On request, for an additional fee, we can provide a parking space in our rented parking lot, closed by a barrier, located 300 meters from the accommodation. In this case, the fee for the parking space is HUF 3,000/day.

It is possible to book the accommodation from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Based on prior consultation, subject to availability, it is possible to book the accommodation at an earlier time, or to leave late on the day of departure.

In order to hand over the keys, please contact us in advance regarding the time of your arrival and departure!

Pets cannot be accommodated due to the protection of the apartment and its equipment, as well as the possible sensitivity of other guests.

You can indicate your intention to make a reservation by phone, e-mail, or via our website, which we will always confirm in writing, thus guaranteeing the purchase of the given service.

After confirmation, an advance payment must be made, which is possible by bank transfer or in person. The amount of the advance is 50 % of the accommodation fee, in the case of a reservation for 1 night, the amount of the entire accommodation fee. In the case of a reservation within 24 hours prior to arrival, the accommodation fee must be paid upon arrival before occupying the room.
If the advance payment is not received by the date indicated on the confirmation, your reservation will be considered null and void.

Cancellation of the ordered accommodation or service must be communicated in writing.

The amount of the penalty in case of cancellation before arrival:
Before Day 3: 0%
Between 1-3 days: 50%,
Within 24 hours or in case of non-cancellation: 100%.

All reservations can be canceled without penalty until 18:00 on the 3rd day before arrival.
In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the advance payment will be treated as a penalty.

We reserve the right to change prices, which of course does not apply to already booked and confirmed reservations, in these cases we guarantee the prices valid at the time of booking.

In accordance with current law, all guests, including infants and children, are required to have a valid photo ID upon check-in. The photo ID can be: identity card, driver's license in card form or passport. Digitally scanned IDs are recorded in the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA) system for a maximum of two years.
In the absence of a document, we are obliged to refuse the accommodation service.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The smoking ban also applies to electronic cigarettes, Elf Bar and IQOS!

Smoking is only allowed in the designated area, on the apartment's own terrace. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors, and a fine of €50 will be charged for smoking indoors.
